A plan on paper is not the same thing as a plan that survives a real shift. The Accelerate Stage is where we stay in the business, on site a week each month, until the initiatives the Blueprint named actually hold.
What it is
The Accelerate Stage is where we stay in the business rather than hand over a document and leave. Once a Manufacturing Blueprint names the initiatives worth funding, we run them alongside your own team, on site a week each month, testing each move against real production rather than a plan on paper. Your people carry the work day to day. We carry the pattern until it holds without us. It is done with you, never for you, and it ends on a stated date, not an open-ended retainer.
What you receive

What it needs from you
- A named owner on your team for each initiative, before the work starts
- Leadership time to work the floor with us on the monthly visit
- Honesty about what is and is not holding, even when the answer is uncomfortable
- A written decision, before the work starts, on what happens after handover
How it ends
The Accelerate Stage ends on a stated handover date, in writing, decided before the work starts. Your own team is running the pattern, with the reasoning behind every initiative that made the cut and every one that did not. If any piece continues as a standing service past that date, that is a named agreement, not an open-ended retainer.
