What she is
Flourisha takes on the grunt work, so a person's time goes to judgment and the decisions stay theirs. For bigger tasks, she assembles the right specialist agents, each built from the well-done work of a company's own experts. If she gets something wrong, a person can point to what she missed and correct it. Her memory and records sit on servers we run ourselves. A digital twin is a personal chief of staff: an AI counterpart built around one person's work and standards.

What a company keeps
A company's data and materials are always its own, including the work of its experts that the agents draw on. The work we create specifically for a company becomes its property once that work is paid for. Flourisha and the specialist agents remain ours, licensed to the company for use in its own business.
What stays with us
What stays with us is the discipline behind them: the architecture, the guardrails and the record of every decision that shaped them. So does the ongoing work of tuning them as the business changes, for as long as a company wants us in the room.
Safety: the brakes
How we build Flourisha: code changes run on staging before production and live in git, so any change can be reverted. Our standing practice is for a separate review agent, not the author, to check the code. Decisions are written down, not left to memory. Deleting real data, or anything else that cannot be undone, needs its own approval. An earlier general go-ahead does not count.
