What it is
Flourisha is an AI staff, not a chatbot. She is built from a company's own experts' judgment: a sample of one person's well-done work becomes the standard an agent is trained against, so the standard survives that person taking a vacation or leaving. When she gets something wrong, that is a training gap a person can point at and correct, not a black box anyone has to take on faith. She is self-hosted, running on infrastructure a company owns, never rented from a vendor holding the data.

The Build installs Flourisha with your own team. Your engineers keep the product and learn the method by running it once alongside us, not by sitting through a handoff meeting.
