A product that works is not the same as a product that ships safely. Growth exposes what working harder does not fix: the person most likely to miss a bug is the one who wrote it, a solo builder is a queue of one, and knowledge that lives in one person's head leaves when they do. We read your delivery practice the way a buyer's own diligence will, before they do.
What caps growth here
A software buyer, or an investor doing diligence, checks the same things a customer eventually will: is the product actually live, can the team ship without breaking it, and does the security story hold up under one direct question a chief technology officer (CTO) can explain plainly. Demand that arrives already convinced still stalls if what they find does not match what they were told.
The cost of a shipping failure rarely arrives on a spreadsheet first. It arrives with the first live bug: a paying customer on the phone, or an alert at midnight, and after launch each one costs many times more to fix than it would have before launch.
A backlog that fills with maybes is one nobody can trust to rank correctly, and a team of one is a queue of one no matter how fast that person moves. The systems underneath rarely get tested against real weight until real weight arrives, which is exactly the wrong time to find out where they give way.

Greg Wasmuth has spent thirty years where business, marketing, and technology meet. He has contributed to $2.1 billion in revenue across Google, General Motors, Charles Schwab, and Epsilon. At Schwab, in the first week after his campaign platform launched, 10,000 users were creating an email or print campaign every 12 seconds. Today he builds and runs Flourisha, self-hosted rather than assumed safe, the AI operating system every CoCreators engagement runs through.
