Where we look

Why is the right demand not arriving, and why does it not close?

Demand is usually not a volume problem. It is the wrong people arriving, or the right people arriving and never understanding what they were offered.

What is capped here

The constraint here is demand, and the handoff between marketing and sales. A stalled pipeline is as often a follow-up problem as a marketing one: how fast a buyer hears back after raising a hand, and whether anyone follows up a second and a third time. We read the whole path, including the parts no marketing budget covers.

The lanes

  • Value proposition. What you are offering, and whether a stranger can restate it.
  • Product-market fit. Whether the buyers you are built for are the ones arriving.
  • Lead generation. How buyers find you, including through search engines and answer engines.
  • Pipeline and follow-up. The handoff between marketing and sales, where most demand leaks.
