What it is
The Agentic Org Chart Blueprint is a written architecture engagement in five stages. It hands your team a process map, a designed agent team and the harness that makes it safe to turn loose. The agents run on expertise captured from your named experts and corrected by them on the first live run, so the standard holds when that person is on vacation or leaves. We design the team. Your people own the org chart and the agents that report into it.

Every engagement follows the same five steps, the ABCs of Customer Success. Each step ends with a deliverable your team can use, and we review it together before the next one starts.

What it needs from you
- Time from the named experts whose judgment is being captured, for interviews and for correcting the first live run
- A named person able to accept or reject each agent's output within an agreed window
- Read access to the systems the agents would touch, for the duration of the engagement
- Your leadership's decision on which processes are worth the investment before design begins
How it ends
The engagement ends with a walkthrough. Your people leave with a process map, an agent team and a harness written for two readers: your people and the agents working beside them. If a piece is better run as a standing service than owned in house, we say so in writing when we find it.
