An AI staff is only as good as the judgment it was trained against. This is the plan that names whose judgment that is, designs the team around it, and builds in the brakes before the speed exists.
What it is
The Agentic Org Chart Blueprint is a written architecture engagement, run over four stages, that hands your team a process map, a designed agent team, and the harness that makes it safe to turn loose. The expertise the agents run on is captured directly from your own named experts, corrected by them on the first live run, so the standard survives that person being on vacation or leaving. CoCreators Group designs the team. Your people hold the org chart, and the agents that report into it.

What it needs from you
- Time from the named experts whose judgment is being captured, for interviews and for correcting the first live run
- A named person able to accept or reject each agent's output within an agreed window
- Read access to the systems the agents would touch, for the duration of the engagement
- Your leadership's decision on which processes are worth the investment before design begins
How it ends
The engagement ends with a walkthrough, not a handoff meeting. Your people leave holding a process map, an agent team, and a harness built to be read twice, once by a person and once by the agents working alongside them. Where a piece of this is better run as a standing service rather than owned in house, we say so in writing, at the point we find it, not as a standing assumption.
