What it is
The AI Operations Staff is the Build that follows the Agentic Org Chart Blueprint. We build the agents from your named experts' judgment, and those experts correct them against real work. Every engagement has an end date agreed in writing before the work starts. If a piece is better kept as a standing service past that date, we say so in writing.

What it needs from you
- The named experts' continued time, tapering as the agents' judgment converges with theirs
- A named owner on your team for the staff, in the work from the first day
- Access to the systems the agents run against, for the duration of the engagement
- A written decision, before the work starts, on what happens after the end date
How it ends
The engagement ends on a date agreed in writing before the work starts. By then the corrections and the guardrails are written down, and so is who runs what. Anything that continues past that date does so under a named agreement.
