Where judgment lives
The AI Survey finds which of your best people's judgment is written down and which lives only in their heads, before anyone designs an agent to carry it. It ends with a named list of what an agent could carry today.
What it is
The AI Survey reads where judgment sits in your business: which decisions follow a repeatable pattern, and which exist only because one person has made them a hundred times without writing down why. We interview the people doing the work and read the processes under it. You get a named list of what an agent could carry safely today, what needs more evidence and what should stay with a person. It is a read, not a score, and a Blueprint can be built from it.

Where the judgment sits
We interview the people doing the work as well as those managing it, and ask for the last real instance rather than the general policy. A process can look complete on a whiteboard and still run correctly only because one person is in the room. We find which parts.

What is already written down
We read the documents, tickets and tools the work runs through and compare them with what the interviews describe. The gap between what people say they do and what the system shows they do is a finding in itself.

What an agent could carry today
We name the processes where the judgment repeats and the evidence is clear enough for an agent to take a real first pass under supervision. Each comes with what it would need to be safe: a guard, a reviewer or a narrower scope than the person runs today.

What should stay with a person
Some decisions need a person weighing consequences a pattern cannot see, whatever the technology can do. We name those, so nobody spends a Blueprint's budget on the wrong candidate.
We present the findings in person and propose a Blueprint in writing only where the evidence supports one. If your constraint turns out to sit somewhere else, we say so. The findings are yours either way.

How it ends
The AI Survey ends with an in-person presentation and a written proposal. You leave with a named list of what could move to an agent, what should not and why. If an Agentic Org Chart Blueprint is warranted, the proposal follows the evidence.
