What we do · The Infrastructure Blueprint
Built to hold
Most systems are never tested against real weight until real weight arrives. This is the plan that tells your engineers exactly where yours would give way, and how to build the floor underneath it before it does.
What it is
The Infrastructure Blueprint is a written architecture engagement, run over four stages, that hands your own engineering team a target design, a security posture, and a build plan for the environment your product runs on: development, staging, and production, separated on purpose, with backups that are proven to restore and monitoring that reaches a person. CoCreators Group architects the plan. Your team builds it, on infrastructure your company owns outright, with no vendor holding your data when the work is done.
What you receive
| Stage | What lands | What it settles |
|---|---|---|
| Assess the Situation | A Current-State Assessment and a Target-State Architecture | What exists today, and the design it needs to become, before a single change is made |
| Build the Foundation | An Environment Topology and a Security Design | How development, staging, and production separate, and how the system defends itself |
| Create the Workstreams | An Engineering Apparatus and an SDLC Architecture: the harness, the tailored agent team, and the org chart that runs it | Who builds what, under what discipline, and how the work is supervised |
| Deploy the Solution | An Implementation Roadmap and an Architecture Decision Log, plus a walkthrough session | The exact sequence your team executes, and the reasoning behind every choice in it |
What it needs from you
- A product requirements document and a technical specification, ready before the engagement begins
- Read access to your codebase for the duration of the engagement
- Your engineering lead's time for discovery and the closing walkthrough
- Timely answers on the business decisions a technical design depends on: data residency, retention, who can see what
How it ends
The engagement ends with a walkthrough, not a handoff meeting. Your engineers leave holding a roadmap and a decision log built to be read twice, once by a person and once by the agents working alongside them, and they build from it themselves. Where a piece of this is better run as an ongoing service rather than owned in house, we say so in writing, at the point we find it, not as a standing assumption.
Where it fits
The Infrastructure Blueprint is the Blueprint rung of the Technology area's Infrastructure lane: the floor everything else in your business stands on. It follows a Survey that names infrastructure as the constraint, and it precedes a Build only where your own team wants us alongside them for that too. See How we work for the full Survey, Blueprint, and Build sequence across every area of the business.
