A week a month
In the Manufacturing Build we work on site a week each month, alongside your team, until the initiatives the Blueprint named hold in real production. A change ordered once from the top tends to fade, so every routine that keeps a change in place has an owner on your team from the start.
What it is
Once a Manufacturing Blueprint names the initiatives worth funding, the Manufacturing Build runs them with your team, on site a week each month, and tests each move in real production. Your people carry the work day to day, and we carry the pattern with them. The work ends on a stated date.
What you receive

What it needs from you
- A named owner on your team for each initiative, before the work starts
- Leadership time to work the floor with us on the monthly visit
- Straight answers on what is and is not holding, including the uncomfortable ones
- A written decision, before the work starts, on what happens after the end date
How it ends
The Manufacturing Build ends on a date agreed in writing before the work starts. By then your team has the cadence in writing, with the reasoning behind every initiative, including the ones that did not make the cut. Anything that continues past that date does so under a named agreement.
