What it is
The Margin Discipline Blueprint is a written specification, built from your own data, that lets your finance team keep reading the business the way the Profit Survey read it once. It defines the extract, the matrix that sorts every customer and item into its true quadrant, the rules for what each quadrant means, and the cadence your team runs the read on going forward. Your people keep the discipline. We build the system that carries it.

The extract specification and the matrix generator stay with you. Where the findings point to real money in a Finance engine instead, we say so in writing, not as a standing assumption.
