This Blueprint turns a Profit Survey finding into a system your finance team runs: the extract, the matrix and the cadence for reading margin by customer and by item. A one-time 80/20 fades as the thin work creeps back, so this one runs on a schedule, owned by someone on your team.
What it is
The Margin Discipline Blueprint is a written specification, built from your own data, that lets your finance team repeat the Profit Survey's read on its own. It defines the extract, the matrix that sorts every customer and item into a quadrant, the rule for what each quadrant calls for and the cadence your team runs it on.

How it ends
The engagement ends with your finance team running the matrix on a cadence they own. The extract specification and the matrix generator stay with you. If the findings point to the Finance Engine instead, we say so in writing.
