Through to launch
A shipping method proves itself under one condition: a real deadline. Through Launch keeps us in the room release by release, running every change through the factory the Blueprint installed, until the product reaches a verdict you can put in writing.
What it is
Through Launch is the Build that picks up where the Software Development Blueprint's harness leaves off. Every release between now and launch runs through the factory the Blueprint built: rehearsed, reviewed by someone who did not write it, and reversible before a customer meets it. We stay in the room release by release until the product reaches a written launch readiness verdict, measured against the feature set your team locked at the start. Your engineers ship. We run the factory alongside them until the date arrives.
What you receive
| Stage | What lands | What it settles |
|---|---|---|
| Lock the feature set | A written definition of what ships at launch and what does not, agreed before the countdown starts | The target every later verdict is measured against |
| Run the releases | Every release rehearsed in staging and reviewed by someone who did not write it, before it reaches a customer | That the harness actually fires on real releases, not only in a test |
| Fix what the factory finds | Defects caught before launch, ranked by what would hurt a customer against what would only embarrass an engineer | Which fixes are launch blockers, and which can wait |
| Reach the verdict | A written launch readiness verdict measured against the locked feature set, with the record of every release behind it | Whether the product is actually ready, on paper, not on a feeling |
What it needs from you
- Continued access to your repository, staging tier, and deployment path through the date
- The feature set locked and signed early, because a moving target has no verdict
- A named person able to accept or reject a release within an agreed window
- Engineering availability at each release, not only at the end
How it ends
The engagement ends with a written launch readiness verdict, not a demo and not a launch party. Your team is left running the same road on every release after: rehearsed, reviewed by someone who did not write it, and reversible. Where a piece of the method works better as a standing service past launch, that is a stated conclusion, in writing, not an assumption we act on.
Where it fits
Through Launch is the Build rung of the Technology area's Software development lane: the heaviest engagement in that lane, for a team that wants us in the room through the date. It follows the Software Development Blueprint. See How we work for the full sequence.
Flourisha is the AI operating system CoCreators Group builds and runs its own companies on, the same one Greg installs with a client's team. See how she works.
